Can I keep my Life List private?
All Life Lists are made public. We created LifeRoo as a community to support you in your goal to cross items off your Life List. LifeRoo does allow you to block users who you do not want to see your items. 

How do I block someone?
To block a LifeRoo user, go to the top right of any page and click on “Profile” and choose “Edit Settings”. Scroll down this page until you see the “Block a Member” section. When you click on the Block Member you will need to enter the username of the person you want to block. 

How do I stop getting email notifications?
LifeRoo offers a lot of email update choices so you can get the information you want, when you want it. Go to the top right of any page and click on “Profile” and choose “Edit Settings”. Scroll down to “Email Notification Settings” and check the choices you want. 

How do I report inappropriate content / behavior?
We are serious about keeping LifeRoo a positive, fun environment so we will not accept inappropriate posts or behavior on the site. If you find offensive posts, please click the report link below the item or the comment and select one of the categories from the drop down menu. If a user of LifeRoo is continually posting items that offend you, go to Contact Us at the bottom of each page, fill out the form.  We’ll handle it. 

Can I change my username or password?
You bet. Go to the top right of any page and click on “Profile” and choose “Edit Settings”. In that window you will see dialog boxes to change your username and password. Remember to tell your followers that your user name has changed so they can find you. 

How do I report spamming?
If you are receiving Spam from one of LifeRoo’s members, go to Contact Us at the bottom of each page, fill out the form.  We’ll take care of it. 

How do I recommend a World of Difference cause?
LifeRoo is always looking for great causes to support.  We want to hear from you!  Click here and fill out the short form - Submit a Cause.  We read every submission.

How do you choose Pay It Forward winners?
We look at a lot of information to pick these winners. Everything from originality, completeness of the Life List entry, number of Love It’s, etc. All are taken into consideration. At the end of the day, we want to feel your passion to complete this item! 

How do you choose the Home Page photos?
We want to see your picture on our home page! Home page photos are chosen from users’ Life List items. We love the dramatic, the amazing or the just plain beautiful pictures of you accomplishing a List item. If we use your photo, we will let you know in advance so you can share it with all your friends!
