This is very difficult for me. I have cut back quite a bit but not sure I will ever get to be 100% gluten free.

Inspiration:
I have amended this because being 100% gluten free is just not possible at this time in my life. Nor is it necessary medically. I enjoy food and entertaining friends so I like to serve regular food.
