Inspiration:
I have been working on this for over 4 years and I've finally been doing it consistently and automatically for a few months now. Even though I've had a very rough year health wise. It made me appreciate everything even more. My new normal is so different. My new definition of a good day is completely different. Success and happiness have new definitions as well. Overall I am more conscious, living consciously, deliberately, thoughtfully and embracing the little joy points that surround me daily. I have my moments for sure where I cannot find a joy point or lose my gratitude attitude but I am able to use the life skills that I've learned and snap back into gratitude mode.
