Entry: Just worked on some more amendments to the new lease.  Hope to have a final copy soon!!

Entry: Had another meeting with my attorney working on the most current draft of my new lease.  I hope it is very close to finalized.  

Entry: Just completed second round of edits and got it to my attorney.  I will hopefully have it finalized soon.

Entry: Had another phone session w/my lawyer to workout details of lease.  Now I need to just look at her edits and get back to her.  

Entry: I worked on the new lease and sent off my edits to my lawyer yesterday.  I am sure I will have to make one more round of edits before it is complete.  

Entry: Met with new real estate attorney and learned quite a bit.  I am working on a brand new lease now.  Should be done in the next few weeks. 

Inspiration: I have used my current lease for almost 10 years and have made amendments along the way.  I need to have my attorney look it over to make sure that all of my amendments are legally binding in ... read more
